The core of the business. Full builds and gut renovations, from first drawings through the final walkthrough.
Kitchens & bathrooms
A significant share of our work, and the rooms with the most trades in them. We design and sell the cabinetry in house, and our own plumbers and electricians rough it in — so the layout, the boxes and the mechanicals are decided by the same people.
Outdoor living
Decks, porches, screened rooms and the hardscape around them, built for Cape weather and Cape salt.
Fireplaces
Gas, wood and electric — sized, vented, framed and finished by our own crews rather than handed to a supplier.
Flood & fire restoration
Putting a damaged property back together, working alongside your insurer on scope and schedule.
Our plumbers and electricians are on our payroll, not somebody else's.

Mass Save
Tatra is a Mass Save registered contractor. The program's incentives change from year to year, so rather than quote a number we check what your project qualifies for at the time you do it, and pass through whatever rebates are available.
Sold, sized and installed under one roof
Gas, wood and electric. We set the unit, run the venting and gas, and build the surround, so the hearth and the trim around it are the same company's work.

We build the yard the way we build the house.
Hardscapes, outdoor kitchens, outdoor showers, fire pits and full landscape construction. Stone, concrete, carpentry, gas, water and electric are all in house, so the grill, the shower and the fire pit get proper utilities run to them rather than a cord across the lawn.
Rooftop units, fit-outs and service contracts
The same crews work commercial properties across the Cape — rooftop HVAC replacement, mechanical fit-outs, site utilities and scheduled service for buildings that can't afford to close.
Maintenance on a schedule, so nothing turns into a panic call.
Cape Cod properties fail from salt, freeze-thaw and empty weeks. Tatra Care keeps the building and its systems ahead of that — run by the same licensed trades that install them.
Spring start-up
Systems brought back online, cooling checked before you need it, water on and tested for what the winter did.
Mid-season check
A look at the house while it's in use — filters, drains, anything that's drifted since spring.
Fall winterize
Heat verified, lines drained where they need to be, the building closed up before the first hard freeze.
Plans are priced to the property — size, systems and how the house is used.

Questions we get before the first visit
Do you subcontract the plumbing, heating and electrical?
No. Tatra employs its own plumbing, HVAC and electrical crews. On most projects a general contractor hires those trades out and then coordinates three companies that each answer to someone else. Ours answer to us, which is why the schedule holds.
What areas do you serve?
Cape Cod and the South Shore of Massachusetts, from our office at 1268 Route 28 in South Yarmouth.
Will you work with my architect or designer?
Yes, regularly. We also design in house when a project doesn't already have a designer attached, including the cabinetry for kitchens and bathrooms.
What does the first visit cost?
Nothing. We walk the property, talk through what you want, and follow up with a written scope and price. We don't charge for that conversation.
